Where we deliver

We deliver right across Ireland. Our delivery times cover Northern Ireland on the same basis.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on orders of €50 or more. Below that, a flat €22 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

Express Delivery is also offered at checkout. It is a paid upgrade and costs €22 whatever your order comes to, including on orders that would otherwise qualify for free delivery. You choose between the two on the basket page.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

The handling time is separate from the delivery time and it is not included in the 5 to 7 days.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If it does not arrive

Under S.I. No. 484/2013 we have to get your order to you within 30 days unless we have agreed something else with you. If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will chase the carrier or replace it. You do not have to deal with the courier yourself.
